The Fourteenth Brooklyn Society, is a living history organization. Our purpose is to preserve the memory of the 14th Brooklyn Regiment, "The Red Legged Devils". To tell the story of the Civil War soldier from Brooklyn. Of how he lived, and died.

Yesterday's "Civil War Day" at the school was the first event of it's kind for them. Except for the wet weather earlier in the day, all went well. We were well received by the students and staff. It was good to work with the Cucuzza boys again.
